Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and secure buildings in West Portsmouth?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the local nursing homes and secure state-operated complexes require a specific building name and wing number. Provide the recipient's full name and specific department at checkout so the courier can follow the required check-in protocols. This ensures the flowers reach the correct desk or room within these secured perimeter properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the long private drives and unpaved hillside roads common in this residential layout. Provide any gate codes or specific instructions for homes set back significantly from the main road. This detail allows the driver to reach the primary entrance without being blocked by property access restrictions.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the flowers at the front door or a designated porch area. If a specific bloom is out of stock, a flower of equal value and shape is used to ensure the order is fulfilled. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to coordinate a drop-off if the home has a long private drive or a locked gate.
