Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and residences in West Milford?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, lakeside properties, and local houses of worship across this wooded township. At checkout, you must provide the specific street number and any gate codes for properties set back from the main road. These details are necessary for drivers to find the correct entrance when houses are not visible from the thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long driveways or rural layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by local drivers who navigate the winding roads and rural routes of this area. Flowers are never shipped in boxes, which prevents damage while traveling to more remote residential addresses. Providing specific instructions for properties with long or unpaved driveways helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch or at the primary entrance. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a bloom of equal value that matches the original style. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm access if a driveway is blocked or a house number is difficult to see from the road.
