Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Wanaque?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to private residences as well as the healthcare and senior living campuses located throughout the borough. Provide the specific wing, suite, or room number at checkout to ensure the driver can coordinate with the facility’s reception desk. For residential properties set back from the main road, include instructions for long driveways to help the driver locate the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in Wanaque and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to maintain the arrangement’s condition as we navigate the borough’s mix of suburban blocks and narrow lakeside lanes. The city’s hilly terrain and wooded properties mean clear house numbers are essential for our drivers to find the front door. Providing specific access details for properties with gated entries or shared driveways prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the arrangement in a shaded area or a secure porch typical of Wanaque’s residential architecture. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the style of the arrangement. Including a recipient phone number at checkout helps our drivers gain entry to the town's gated communities or multi-unit buildings if a code is missing.
