Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various private lake communities and estates in Ringwood?

Accepted Answer

This township contains several private lake associations where streets are narrow and often lack traditional curbing. For residential deliveries, include any gate codes or specific instructions for properties located on unpaved or private roads. These details help the driver locate the correct home within dense, forested residential blocks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes located on the steep or winding mountain roads in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the steep elevations and long, winding driveways typical of this mountain terrain. Hand delivery allows the driver to navigate narrow lakefront lanes and place the flowers directly at the primary entrance. Please specify if the property has a gated entrance or a mailbox located far from the actual residence.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the property is difficult to access?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will seek a sheltered area to protect the arrangement from local wildlife and forest debris. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to keep the arrangement's style. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties with obscured house numbers or secluded entrances.
