Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to residential properties along the winding rural roads require a specific house number and a clearly visible mailbox. For any deliveries to local funeral homes or small commercial offices, please provide the specific room or suite number for the staff. Accurate contact information is necessary to verify the location if the property is set far back from the public road.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the spaced-out residential layout. Since most homes here have open access rather than secured lobbies, drivers will leave the gift on a porch or at a side door if no one answers. Providing details about side entrances or gated driveway entries helps the driver complete the drop-off without delay.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will place the flowers in a secure spot on the property and notify the recipient. When a specific flower is not in stock, it is replaced with a similar bloom that matches the original color and style. Including a secondary phone number is the best way to avoid a failed delivery on properties with long driveways or restricted road access.
