Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the multi-story buildings and condos in this city?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the oceanfront high-rises, we hand-deliver directly to the concierge or front desk. Please provide the specific unit number and the name registered with the building management at checkout. This ensures the staff can accept the order when street parking is restricted for delivery vehicles.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the city's dense layout?

Accepted Answer

We use hand-delivery for all orders to navigate the city’s narrow residential blocks and limited curb space. Drivers walk arrangements to the door to avoid obstructing traffic on one-way streets. Include any gate codes or instructions for side-door entrances common on these smaller lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the arrangement's style. For missed deliveries at properties without a secured lobby, we do not leave flowers on porches exposed to coastal winds or heavy sidewalk traffic. Providing the recipient’s phone number allows us to coordinate access for buildings with buzzer systems.
