Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of properties in Brigantine?

Accepted Answer

For multi-unit condominiums and elevated coastal homes, you must provide the unit number and any lobby or security gate codes at checkout. If delivering to professional offices on the main boulevard, include the specific suite or department name. These details ensure the driver can access the correct floor or entrance on this narrow island layout.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered within the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the island's unique residential grid and high-elevation porches. Provide the specific street side, such as the ocean-side or bay-side, to help the driver navigate the linear street blocks efficiently. Including instructions for exterior stair access or side entrances helps the driver find a secure placement for the arrangement.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a vacation rental or seasonal home, we look for a secure area near the primary entrance or contact the property manager. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that maintains the same color palette. Providing a local contact number for the recipient or a secondary entry code reduces the risk of a failed delivery.
