Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large resorts and high-rise buildings in Atlantic City?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to high-rise resorts and secured residential towers require specific drop-off points like a concierge desk or bell stand. You must provide the recipient's room or suite number and specify if they are a guest or an employee at the property. These details are required for us to clear security checkpoints and ensure the staff accepts the delivery on the recipient's behalf.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered considering the city's density and parking restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the high-density oceanfront corridor and restricted vehicle access areas. We use designated service entrances and loading docks to reach recipients in buildings where street-level parking is prohibited. Providing a direct phone number helps us coordinate with the front desk if we cannot access a specific floor.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or the building is inaccessible?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers with the building security desk, concierge, or the resort bell captain. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that keeps the same color and style. Including a secondary contact number reduces delays when navigating properties with multiple towers or restricted elevator access.
