Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical complexes and gated communities in Egg Harbor Township?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the township’s large multi-building medical campuses or professional offices, provide the specific building number and suite level. For gated residential communities, include the entry code or the resident's name as it appears on the gate directory. These details ensure the driver can access the property and reach the correct desk or front door without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the township’s suburban and rural layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the recipient's door rather than shipped in boxes. Because the township has many properties with long driveways and houses set back from the road, we look for visible house numbers to confirm the location. Providing specific instructions for side doors or porch placement helps when the front entrance is not easily accessible from the driveway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a large residential property?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will find a shaded area out of sight from the main road, which is standard for the township’s open-access residential lots. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of the same color and value. Providing the recipient’s phone number is the most effective way to prevent a failed delivery if the driver encounters a locked gate or a difficult-to-locate entrance.
