Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, senior living centers, and professional offices in Pleasantville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the multi-story senior living complexes and medical offices in the city require a specific room or suite number at checkout. Because these buildings often have centralized receiving areas, providing the floor number ensures the bouquet reaches the recipient's door. This detail is necessary to navigate the transition from public lobbies to private residential wings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of dense residential grids and commercial corridors. For homes with narrow street frontage and limited parking, drivers deliver directly to the primary entrance or designated side gate. Providing a specific door location or gate code helps avoid delays caused by restricted access common in the older residential sections.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure spot on a porch or with a neighbor in the residential blocks. For deliveries to the secured-entry apartment buildings near the downtown center, a recipient phone number is required to coordinate access. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original style and value.
