Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Maplewood?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to houses, apartment buildings near the train line, and funeral homes. For multi-story offices or secured buildings, provide the entry code or the name of the concierge at checkout. These details allow the driver to access the property and avoid being blocked at the street level.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers your arrangement directly to the door. Many properties here are set back from the road with steep hills or long walkways, so we carry the flowers to the primary entrance. Providing clear access instructions helps us avoid delays caused by the local terrain.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or behind a residential wall. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same design. For homes with gated driveways or secured apartment entries, a recipient phone number ensures the driver can complete the delivery on the first attempt.
