Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential areas in Clayton?

Accepted Answer

Professional medical clusters and low-rise office suites in this city require a specific department name and room number for direct delivery. For residential addresses in the newer subdivisions, include any gate codes or specific instructions for finding the correct house number on deep lots. These details allow the driver to navigate past general reception areas and community entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the city’s mix of detached suburban homes and spread-out professional parks. Provide instructions regarding long driveways or preferred porch placement to ensure the driver can access the front door. For multi-unit professional buildings, specify if the driver should enter through the main lobby or a side suite entrance.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver looks for a secure, shaded spot on the porch or a nearby neighbor’s house in these residential blocks. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of the same value and color is used to complete the design. Including a recipient’s phone number helps the driver verify the correct address in areas where house numbers are set back far from the road.
