Question 1

How do I ensure delivery to the high-rise buildings and multi-family homes in North Bergen?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific apartment or suite number and any necessary buzzer codes for cliffside high-rises or waterfront complexes. For multi-family homes on narrow residential streets, include instructions for side-door or porch access. These details allow the driver to navigate limited curbside parking and secure building entries efficiently.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s hills and dense neighborhoods?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to account for the city's steep grades and high-density housing layouts. This method prevents the damage that occurs with boxed shipping on uneven terrain and crowded sidewalks. Including a recipient phone number ensures the driver can coordinate access if a building entrance is locked or the buzzer is not working.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver attempts to leave the arrangement with a building superintendent or doorman in secured properties. For residences without a lobby or secure vestibule, we use the provided contact information to arrange a safe hand-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s size and color.
