Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office towers and medical campuses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate office complexes and medical centers require a specific suite number and department name to pass through security checkpoints. For residential properties, you must indicate if there is a gated entrance or a shared lobby desk. These details allow the courier to reach the recipient inside multi-level buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and commercial zones?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the local mix of high-rise office parks and street-level residences. In corporate zones, couriers follow building protocols by leaving items at the main reception desk or with a floor concierge. For houses, the driver brings the flowers directly to the front door or a secure building entryway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secure office building or gated community, the driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a lobby attendant. When a specific bloom is out of stock, the florist replaces it with a flower of equal value that matches the original style and color. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps the courier gain access to locked residential buildings or commercial loading docks.
