Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to high-rise buildings and secured offices?

Accepted Answer

In this dense urban environment, deliveries to secured luxury towers are left at the front desk or with the concierge. For walk-up residences, you must provide the apartment number and a buzzer code at checkout. This ensures the delivery person can access the building interior instead of leaving the order on the public sidewalk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s high-density layout and frequent front-desk hand-offs. We do not use shipping boxes because they are difficult to manage in buildings with limited lobby space. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for building staff helps us complete the delivery without delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the building lacks a concierge and the recipient is not home, we will use the phone number provided to arrange a safe drop-off location. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety to ensure the arrangement is delivered on your chosen date. Including a recipient’s cell phone number prevents failed deliveries when building access is restricted.
