Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and small businesses in Salineville?

Accepted Answer

Salineville has many residential streets where house numbers are mounted on the siding rather than the curb. At checkout, provide the building number and specify if the entrance is on the main road or a side street. This helps the driver find the correct home in areas where mailboxes are grouped together away from the property.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door because the village layout allows for easy on-street parking and direct walk-up access. Include details about deep setbacks or fenced yards to help the driver navigate the property safely. Hand delivery ensures the flowers are placed directly in the recipient's hands or on a protected porch.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the porch or leaves the arrangement with a neighbor. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate delivery for houses that are set far back from the road. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value and color is used to maintain the look of the arrangement.
