Question 1

How does delivery work for professional buildings and hillside homes?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to reception desks in downtown offices and room numbers in hilltop medical complexes. Please provide the suite number or specific wing at checkout so the driver can access the correct floor. For hillside residences, noting if there is a side entrance helps when street-level access is restricted.

Question 2

How are flowers transported across the city’s terrain?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the steep inclines and narrow riverside streets common in this area. Drivers carry arrangements to the door to prevent damage that can occur with boxed shipping on uneven terrain. Providing details about high porch steps or shared driveways helps avoid delays during the drop-off.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to accept the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch that is not visible from the street. Since many houses here are built close to the sidewalk, a recipient phone number allows us to coordinate a safe location. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement's dimensions.
