Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Summitville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the primary entrance of single-family homes and the small commercial storefronts in the village center. Include any secondary building descriptions if the delivery is for a property with multiple structures or a farmhouse set back from the road. These details help our drivers identify the correct drop-off point on larger rural lots.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Each arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the long gravel driveways and unpaved access points common in this area. Provide any gate codes or specific porch access notes needed for residences that are not clearly visible from the main thoroughfare. This prevents the driver from having to leave the order at a roadside mailbox or entry point.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers in a shaded area of the porch out of direct view from the street. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom that matches the original's color and scale. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us complete the delivery if a property has a fenced perimeter or restricted driveway access.
