Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Hanoverton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front porch of residential houses and the main entrance desks of public or administrative buildings. You must provide the house number and the specific road name, especially for properties located on the long stretches between the village center and rural outskirts. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct turnoff where houses are spaced far apart.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers the arrangement directly to the door rather than using a shipping box. The driver navigates the transition from the paved village streets to the long gravel or dirt driveways common to these rural residential lots. Providing information on whether the house is visible from the main road helps the driver locate the property without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or by the primary entrance. We substitute flowers with others of equal value if a specific stem is not in the daily inventory. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver find homes that are screened by trees or located on shared private lanes.
