Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to government offices or downtown apartments?

Accepted Answer

As the county seat, many deliveries go to government office buildings or apartments located above historic downtown storefronts. Provide the specific office suite number or the building entrance code at checkout. This information allows the driver to reach the correct desk or residential door in these multi-use buildings.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic storefronts and traditional residential porches found in the village. The driver navigates the grid layout to place the arrangement directly at the front door or with a building receptionist. Mentioning if a home has a deep setback or a specific porch entrance helps avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor in the residential blocks. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is used to keep the same style and value. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm access to secured government offices or apartment entries.
