Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secure buildings and offices in Jersey City?

Accepted Answer

In this city’s high-rise residential towers and office complexes, deliveries are typically left with the concierge or at a designated front desk. Provide the specific suite or apartment number and the recipient’s phone number at checkout. This information allows the driver to clear building security or contact the resident if a lobby is locked.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the city's density and parking layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s narrow streets and limited curb space where traditional shipping trucks often struggle. We walk arrangements directly into lobbies or to unit doors to prevent packages from being left on high-traffic public sidewalks. Identifying if your building has a side courier entrance or a loading zone helps the driver avoid delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will try to leave the flowers with a front desk or a neighbor to keep them off the street. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style. Including a buzzer code or a secondary contact person reduces the chance of a failed delivery due to restricted building access.
