Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the senior living campuses and care facilities in Sebring?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific building name and room number for deliveries to the various senior care complexes in the village. These facilities have centralized reception desks and multiple wings that require precise location details for our couriers to navigate correctly. Providing the recipient’s full name as it appears on the facility registry ensures the staff can direct the delivery to the right resident.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand to the door?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door or the main office of local residential facilities. The village layout consists of many single-family homes with deep porches and multi-unit complexes with common entryways. Including notes about a preferred side door or a secondary entrance helps us place the arrangement in a secure spot at these properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If a resident at a single-family home is unavailable, we leave the arrangement in a shaded area on the porch or with a neighbor. For deliveries to senior living apartments, we leave the flowers with the building's front desk staff. Providing the recipient’s direct phone number allows us to confirm they are on-site before we attempt delivery at these multi-unit properties.
