Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the town’s government offices and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central square and county office buildings require a specific department or suite number to navigate the shared entry points. For funeral homes located in converted residential properties, please specify if the delivery is for a public viewing room or a private side entrance. These details ensure the arrangement is placed correctly within these multi-use buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the village?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by drivers familiar with the transition from the village’s sidewalk-front shops to residential streets with deep setbacks. For properties with long driveways or houses set back from the main road, provide specific porch or gate instructions at checkout. This helps the driver find the most secure placement away from public footpaths.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will seek a sheltered spot that is not visible from the public square or main thoroughfares. Including a neighbor’s address or a secondary entry point in your delivery notes helps prevent the arrangement from being left in an exposed area. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same size and shape.
