Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of properties in Maximo?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to detached residential homes and the small community buildings found in this low-density area. Because many properties sit on large lots with long private drives, you must provide the house number and any specific gate access codes at checkout. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance on these open-access rural roads.

Question 2

How are flowers physically transported and dropped off across the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than being sent in a cardboard shipping box. The driver places the arrangement at the primary residence or a designated side porch to suit the local residential layout. Specifying which driveway to use for properties with multiple outbuildings or barn structures helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or near the main door. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement that matches the original color and scale. Providing the recipient's phone number reduces failed deliveries for homes where house numbers are obscured by rural foliage or distance from the road.
