Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local residences and small businesses?

Accepted Answer

This city is almost entirely residential and contains no large hospitals or funeral complexes. Provide a specific unit number or floor for homes built on raised foundations or multi-family beach houses. These details help the driver locate the correct door on properties with multiple exterior staircases.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for homes on this narrow island?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow layout and limited street-level access. Many properties feature elevated entries that require climbing exterior stairs to reach the front door. Specify if the delivery should be left at a ground-level gate or brought up to a specific deck.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery location is difficult to reach or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a secure area near the entry stairs or under the house pilings. Providing a description of the house color or its proximity to the main road helps prevent errors on blocks where houses are positioned very close together. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with one of equal value that fits the original size and style.
