Question 1

How do I ensure delivery to businesses or apartments in the village?

Accepted Answer

Provide the business name or specific apartment number for locations along the main commercial corridor where shops and residences share street-level entrances. These details are necessary to find the correct door in buildings that lack a central lobby or concierge. For residential addresses, please note if the delivery should go to a side door or a rear entrance rather than the front porch.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the mix of street-front businesses and deep-set residential lots. This method ensures the arrangement is placed safely at the entrance rather than left at a mailbox or curb. Providing details about long driveways or specific porch locations helps our drivers navigate properties that sit far back from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a covered porch or a neighbor to accept the gift because most local homes lack secure delivery lockers. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to keep the arrangement full. A working phone number for the recipient helps us verify a safe placement if the house sits directly against the sidewalk.
