Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the multi-story office towers and professional buildings in Hasbrouck Heights?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large office complexes near the airport boundary or highway, you must provide the suite number and department name. These buildings often have security checkpoints that require a recipient’s direct phone number to grant access to the elevators. Including these details ensures the flowers are delivered to the correct office rather than left at a general security desk.

Question 2

How does the city’s layout affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by drivers who navigate the steep residential hills and narrow street parking found throughout the borough. For deliveries along the central commercial corridor, please specify if the entrance is located at the front or rear of the building. This information helps our drivers manage limited curbside access and busy pedestrian traffic.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or a secured building?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residential address, we look for a safe location on the sloped porch or with a direct neighbor. For secured apartment buildings, we use the intercom or call the recipient to coordinate a hand-off at the entrance. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the color and shape of your selection.
