Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Oakland?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes on private lots and low-rise corporate office parks throughout the city. For office deliveries, please include the suite number and department so the building's reception can accept the order. For homes with long or winding driveways, providing a gate code or specific house description helps the driver find the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate a suburban landscape where properties are often set back from the main road. Our drivers navigate the local hills and wooded residential streets to bring the flowers directly to the entrance. Including details about the driveway entrance or house visibility helps prevent delivery delays in these spread-out areas.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement in a protected area like a covered porch or side entry common to local houses. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and size. A recipient phone number is required to help the driver manage access to properties with gated entries or driveways hidden from the street.
