Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in Allendale?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both low-rise corporate campuses and single-family residential streets. For office deliveries, provide the suite number and the specific building entrance or reception desk. For residential orders, specify if the house is set back from the street or has a shared driveway.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the front door or office reception area, never shipped in a box. Because the city has many winding roads and homes with large front lawns, drivers need a visible house number to find the correct property. Please include any gate codes or instructions for homes with long, private driveways.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers at a side door or a porch that is hidden from the street. Providing the recipient's phone number is helpful for coordinating access to properties with security gates or deep setbacks. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom of equal value to ensure the delivery is not delayed.
