Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to Piketon businesses, funeral homes, and clinics?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front desk of medical clinics and the main office of local business sites. For funeral homes, we require the name of the deceased to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct viewing room. Providing these details helps us navigate the low-rise, spread-out building footprints common in this area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered here and what access details are required?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver rather than sent in a shipping box. For homes with long gravel driveways or those set back from the county roads, please provide specific gate or porch instructions. This information helps our drivers locate the correct entrance on larger residential lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a safe area on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that keeps the same color and style. Including a phone number helps us reach the recipient if the house number is not clearly visible on the mailbox or post.
