Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large facilities or secured buildings in Perth Amboy?

Accepted Answer

Provide the floor number and a direct phone number for deliveries to the city's large medical complexes and secured office buildings. Our drivers must check in at main security desks or specific delivery entrances before they can hand over the flowers. Accurate room or suite details allow facility staff to direct us to the correct wing.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left outside or delivered in a box?

Accepted Answer

We deliver all arrangements by hand because the city layout consists of dense residential rows and businesses with limited street-level frontage. Many properties lack private porches, so you must provide a buzzer code or gate entry number for apartment buildings at checkout. This prevents flowers from being left on public sidewalks where they are not secure.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not available at a multi-family home or office, we attempt to leave the flowers with a building manager or a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement that maintains the style and color of your selection. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues at locked building entrances.
