Question 1

Can I send flowers to a specific facility or residential building in South Amboy?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to multi-family homes and residential complexes require the specific apartment number or building letter at checkout. Including a door buzzer code or entry instructions is necessary for secured waterfront properties and senior living buildings to ensure the driver can reach the lobby or front desk.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered in water to accommodate the city’s dense residential layout and homes with street-facing stoops. Providing details about side-door access or specific porch locations helps drivers navigate narrow lots where front-door placement may be obscured from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, drivers look for a sheltered spot away from the public sidewalk or contact a neighbor to hold the item. Providing a recipient phone number helps avoid failed deliveries caused by limited street parking or restricted access to shared entryways. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the original arrangement's size and color.
