Question 1

How does delivery work for the different types of buildings in Ocean City?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the elevated coastal homes and multi-unit condominiums found throughout this island. Provide the unit number and specify if the entrance is at the ground level or reached by an exterior staircase. These details help identify the correct door in crowded residential rows.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this coastal layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow streets and limited street parking found in this coastal grid. Because many properties share narrow rear alleys or have side walkways, please include any specific access instructions at checkout. This ensures the flowers reach the intended door rather than a shared street-level gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement on a protected elevated porch or with a neighbor. For seasonal rental properties, providing a gate code or entry pin at checkout prevents failed delivery attempts. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style.
