Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the major medical campus and professional office clusters require specific entry details at checkout. You must provide the pavilion name, wing, or suite number to ensure the courier finds the correct reception desk. This information is necessary because many buildings in this city have restricted access or multiple separate entrances.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

We use hand-delivery for all orders to navigate the city’s mix of narrow coastal streets and suburban driveways. This method ensures the arrangement is placed safely at the door rather than left on a sidewalk or in a high-traffic area. Including details about side-door access or porch layout helps our couriers avoid delays when street parking is limited.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured medical facility is unavailable, we leave the flowers with the designated floor or department station. For residential addresses with restricted gate access, we will attempt to contact the recipient via the phone number you provide to arrange a safe drop-off. If a specific stem is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that fits the original design.
