Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and funeral homes in North Lima?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the clustered medical suites and funeral homes along the main roads require building letters and suite numbers. Because these facilities share common parking areas, providing the specific department or wing ensures the driver finds the correct desk. Enter these details at checkout to ensure the flowers reach the right office staff.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the set-back residential layout and long private driveways. Since homes are positioned far from the street without sidewalk access, drivers navigate the driveway to reach the entrance. Provide specific gate codes or instructions for long driveways to prevent the driver from missing the property.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered porch area. For deliveries to professional suites, the flowers are left with a receptionist if the office is closed. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm access for properties with shared driveways or secured gates.
