Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in New Springfield?

Accepted Answer

This area includes a mix of clustered town residences and spread-out properties with long, unpaved driveways. Provide the specific building name for professional offices or a description of the entry for homes set back from the road. These details help us find the correct entrance when house numbers are not clearly visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered and placed at the primary entrance of the home or office. Since many local properties have large open yards without covered porches, please specify if there is a side door or a sheltered area we should use. Clear instructions help us avoid leaving items in areas fully exposed to the main road.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we try to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a protected spot on the property. We require a working phone number for the recipient to manage access for homes with long private drives or gated entries. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color and style.
