Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in North Jackson?

Accepted Answer

North Jackson includes a mix of large-scale industrial complexes and residential properties on wide lots. For deliveries to businesses near the highway interchanges, provide the building letter and department name at checkout. For residential addresses, note if the house is positioned far back from the main road or requires specific entry instructions.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box, and how does the city layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

A local driver hand-delivers every arrangement to accommodate the township's spread-out layout and commercial zones. The driver carries the flowers directly to the front door of homes or the reception desk of business facilities. Providing a gate code or specific details for long private drives ensures the driver reaches the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or the specific flowers are out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is at an industrial site and unavailable, the driver leaves the flowers with the authorized front-office staff. For residential deliveries where no one is home, the driver places the order in a sheltered area near the front door. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties with restricted entry or large acreage.
