Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Lordstown?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the city’s large industrial campuses and manufacturing sites, provide the specific security gate or entrance wing at checkout. Drivers must check in at these checkpoints to ensure the flowers reach the correct administrative desk. For residential areas with long, private driveways, please note if the house is not visible from the main road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out layout of the city’s residential and commercial properties. Because many homes sit on large acreage far from the street, drivers walk the arrangement directly to the primary entrance. Providing gate codes for fenced properties helps us avoid delays and prevents items from being left near the roadway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured industrial site cannot be reached, the driver follows the facility’s specific protocol for personal deliveries at the security kiosk. For residential deliveries where no one is home, we find a sheltered spot near the door that is screened from the street. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the style of the arrangement.
