Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, medical centers, and cemetery grounds in North Arlington?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large cemetery grounds are brought directly to the main administration office or the specific chapel building. For the borough's many two-family houses, you must specify the floor number or apartment letter at checkout. This helps the driver identify the correct doorbell in residential buildings with multiple private entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and apartment complexes?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-carried to the recipient’s door or the reception desk of garden apartment complexes. Because many residential streets have shared driveways and limited street parking, please note if the delivery belongs at a side or rear door. A buzzer code is required for the driver to gain entry to secured residential buildings located along the main thoroughfares.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a multi-family residence, the driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor in the same building. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing the recipient's phone number is necessary to resolve access issues at secured apartment entries or gated properties.
