Question 1

How do you deliver flowers to the large office towers and medical campuses in East Rutherford?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific floor, suite number, or department name at checkout for any delivery to a multi-story office building or large medical facility. Couriers must use designated service entrances or check in at security desks before gaining access to individual levels. These details ensure the flowers are accepted by the correct reception desk or internal mailroom.

Question 2

How does the city's layout affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

We use hand-delivery because the city contains a mix of massive commercial complexes and narrow residential streets where boxed shipping is impractical. For homes in multi-unit buildings or gated commercial zones, include any necessary entry codes or instructions for side-door access. This allows the courier to bypass loading docks and deliver directly to the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the courier cannot reach the recipient or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not present at a secured office or apartment building, the courier will leave the flowers with the concierge or security officer. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of the same color and size to maintain the design. Providing a recipient's phone number is essential for resolving access issues at gated entrances or intercoms.
