Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the high-rise apartments and medical facilities in Harrison?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to this city’s dense high-rise buildings requires a unit number and building access instructions at checkout. For medical centers or corporate offices, you must provide the floor number and department name to reach the correct desk. These details allow the driver to navigate secured entry points and concierge desks efficiently.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the limited parking and urban layout of Harrison?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to protect the arrangement from the city’s high-traffic environment and narrow streets. Because street parking is restricted near many newer residential developments, drivers typically leave flowers with the building concierge or at a designated front desk. For older multi-family homes, providing a buzzer code or gate access ensures the driver can reach the recipient's door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If there is no secure lobby or concierge and the recipient is unavailable, the driver will not leave the flowers on the sidewalk due to high pedestrian density. We will contact the recipient to coordinate a time for building access. If a specific stem is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and size.
