Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured buildings in Rutherford?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific floor or suite number for deliveries to multi-story buildings and professional offices along the central corridors. Many residential units here use secured buzzer systems that require the recipient's phone number for entry. Including the department name for medical offices or senior living centers ensures the delivery reaches the correct interior desk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or in a box?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the city's mix of narrow one-way streets and street-level businesses. Drivers deliver directly to the front porch of residential homes or to the reception desk of professional buildings. Please include any access codes for gated driveways or secured residential entrances to prevent delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at a home with a porch, we leave the arrangement in a protected area and notify them. In cases of secured apartments or businesses with no lobby access, we use the provided phone number to coordinate with the recipient. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety that matches the original color and size.
