Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Kearny?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to multi-family homes, industrial complexes, and funeral homes throughout the city. You must provide the specific apartment number or building letter at checkout, as many residential properties have shared entrances or side-door access. These details allow the driver to identify the correct unit within dense residential blocks or gated commercial zones.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to navigate the city’s narrow streets and limited parking. Because many homes sit close to public sidewalks without private porches, flowers are never left in shipping boxes on the street. Providing a gate code or entry instructions for secured buildings helps the driver complete the delivery without access delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available at a multi-family home or secured office, the driver will contact the recipient to find a safe entry point. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that maintains the same color and shape. Including a mobile number for the recipient reduces failed deliveries to properties with shared foyers or restricted-access industrial sites.
