Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Neptune?

Accepted Answer

Neptune contains large medical campuses and professional centers with several different entrances. You must provide the specific wing, floor, and room number during checkout. These details allow the courier to reach the correct department directly rather than leaving the item at a main reception desk.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate Neptune's mix of high-traffic commercial zones and dense residential neighborhoods. Provide specific gate codes or instructions for side-door access for properties with limited street frontage. This ensures the driver can park and complete the delivery without blocking narrow secondary roads.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a residential recipient is not home, the driver will look for a secure porch or a nearby neighbor to accept the delivery. For employees at professional complexes, providing a direct phone extension helps the courier coordinate the drop-off if the recipient is away from their station. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value to maintain the original design’s shape and color.
