Question 1

How does delivery work for the medical campus and other large facilities in Neptune Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the central medical campus and local funeral facilities by coordinating with front desk staff. You must enter the wing, floor, and room number at checkout to ensure the driver reaches the correct area. These details are required to move past security checkpoints in these large professional buildings.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered, and how do you navigate local property layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to handle the township’s mix of residential driveways and busy commercial corridors. For apartment complexes or gated professional offices, include the specific entry code or suite number in your order. Hand delivery prevents arrangements from being left at unsecured roadside gates or public lobbies.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will look for a secure spot away from the street or attempt delivery to a neighbor. If a specific stem is unavailable, we provide a substitute of equal value to keep the arrangement full. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to resolve access issues at secured residential properties.
