Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to multi-unit buildings and residences in Bradley Beach?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the door of single-family homes and to the lobbies of secured beachside apartments. Please provide a unit number and any gate or door codes required for entry into residential complexes. This ensures we can navigate the city’s dense residential blocks and reach the correct person.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered and never shipped in boxes. Because street parking is limited and many properties have narrow stairs leading to porches, we need to know if there is a specific side entrance. This helps us place your order safely away from the sidewalk and public foot traffic.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the arrangement on a protected porch or with a building manager in secured residences. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different stem of the same value to keep the arrangement full. A local contact number for the recipient is necessary to resolve access issues at locked building entries.
