Question 1

How does delivery work for medical suites, offices, or secured buildings in Neptune City?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to professional medical suites and multi-story apartment complexes require a specific room, unit, or suite number at checkout. For buildings with secured lobbies or buzzers, you must provide the recipient's phone number so the driver can request entry. These details ensure the driver can move past the front desk or security gate to reach the recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the city's compact residential blocks and limited street parking. Drivers walk the flowers to the front door of houses or into the lobby of multi-tenant buildings. Clear instructions regarding side entrances or specific building letters help the driver find the correct door in high-density areas.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver attempts to leave the flowers with a building manager or a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar type of equal value to maintain the style of the arrangement. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve entry issues at apartment buzzers or locked office foyers.
