Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to the different types of buildings in Ocean Grove?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main desks of historic inns and the front entrances of professional offices located in converted Victorian houses. Include the suite number or specific entry door at checkout so the driver can identify the correct unit among the closely spaced buildings. This information is vital for navigating the narrow, one-way street layout where entrances are often recessed.

Question 2

What delivery method do you use for this town’s specific layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the dense residential grid of cottages and the lack of side-yard access. Provide specific instructions for porch entry or gate codes to ensure the driver can leave the arrangement in a secure spot away from the sidewalk. These details help the driver manage delivery efficiently despite the very limited street parking and high pedestrian volume.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement on a covered porch or with a neighbor because these residential blocks lack secure indoor lobby areas. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar stem of equal value. Providing a secondary contact number or a neighbor's house number reduces failed deliveries where homes share very close property lines.
