Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to specific locations in Newtonsville?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to homes with long setbacks or small offices along the main village corridor, please provide a specific suite or building entrance. Accurate entry details are necessary because many properties are not immediately visible from the road. This ensures the driver finds the correct door on the first attempt.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the village's residential layout. Because many homes feature open porches or side entrances, please specify a preferred placement for the arrangement. Including details about driveway access or gate codes helps avoid delays at properties with restricted entries.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will place the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or near the primary entrance. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the look and value of the arrangement. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate rural roads where house numbers are frequently obscured.
