Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the administrative buildings and medical centers in Batavia?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name, department, and room number for deliveries to the county administrative core or the multi-wing medical campus. These areas have restricted access and limited street-side parking, so our drivers need to know which entrance or reception desk is authorized to accept packages. Including the recipient's direct desk location ensures the flowers reach them in these high-density professional environments.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in a town with both a village center and rural township roads?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a box. For residential properties in the township with long, gravel driveways or obscured house numbers, please provide a description of the home to help the driver identify the correct site. In the village core where houses sit close to the sidewalk, specify if there is a side porch or rear entrance preferred for drop-offs.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or if a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a shaded area out of public view, which is especially important for homes in the village with direct street frontage. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a gate code or a secondary phone number helps prevent failed deliveries to properties with locked entrances or long setbacks.
